Refund & Shipping Policies

REFUND POLICY:

All of our candles are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, I will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if there is proof of damage. Please send all photos to essentialsbyjaz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order due to products are carefully crafted in small batches. 

 SHIPPING METHODS:

Orders will be shipped using USPS Priority which typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

You will be notified when your order ships and will be provided with a tracking number.
